Cuisinart DLC-035TX-1 DLC-7 Fine Grater Disc Blade

This grater disc is made specifically for grating parmesan or hard cheeses. It has no pass-through holes so the cheese grates right off the top of the blade. Buy a large block of parmesan to grate and freeze for later!

This (and all DLC-7) replacement discs must be paired with a detachable stem(sold separately) in order to attach correctly to your motor base.
